Use of the coaching and assistance service is free to users. Negotiation may also be conducted and this is free of charge.
If you choose to go to mediation through the National Mediation Helpline a charge may be due. This charge will vary depending on the value of the case. For low-value cases (up to £5,000) there may be a small charge. For higher-value claims a charge of between £200 and £400 will be due, though in some circumstances it may be free. Please contact our Service Manager to discuss the details of your case to find out the actual cost.
