Dispute Resolution

The Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) is based in Wandsworth and is a joint project run by Her Majesty’s Courts Service (part of the Ministry of Justice) and Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux Limited.

Our caseworkers and service manager all work for the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) and are highly trained and are sensitive to your needs. They will do everything to make you feel comfortable and will deliver free, impartial and confidential advice.
